Hello All! How’s your week going so far? I have been busy busy, loving the amazing weather we are having (minus the pollen), and starting to feel back to normal after my travel extravaganza I had over the last few weeks.

Well it wasn’t too long ago that HGTV gave away it’s dream home to Dr. Myra Lewis from New Orleans… And they are back at it again! In one day, starting April 16th HGTV’s sweepstakes for the Green Home giveaway starts!

The new home is located in Plymouth, MA… which is right next door to where I grew up! I am obviously biased regarding the area, thinking it is such a fantastic location! I LOVE the exterior of the house, it has a great modern twist on the classic New England farmhouse.  I adore the standing seam metal roof, and almost wish the entire roof was metal.  I also enjoy the addition of the barn doors, with the clean lined iron hardware, to hide the outdoor kitchen.  The color palette is also one of my favorites… Clean White.

The interior is beautiful as well, continuing with the same clean white palette as the outside (love love love that) in the main living areas, and contrasting that with punches of rich color.  I like the modern twist on the trim and wall paneling details.  The natural element additions through sculptures, lighting, and furniture, really add an organic element that softens the space.

I think this space is my favorite.. . The Tower.  I am not quite sure if I would ever leave….
